Network
The home network can be used for audio in various ways
- Storing your audio on a NAS. The NAS can be configured as a DLNA server.
- remote control: use another PC, IPod Touch, smartphone to control the audio
- streaming: connect to a server in your home network or a streaming audio service
- connect over the internet to your music server at home
A new trend is Wi-Fi Direct. Your smartphone connect to your PC without using access point of the home network.
