Troubleshooter
If you have problems with the audio, a simple solution is to go to the control panel and run the Windows Troubleshooter.
Open the control panel and choose Troubleshooting
Choose Hardware and Sound
Choose Playing Audio
Choose Next and the Troubleshooter will start to analyze.
